Luxury Mountain Hospitality

Situated 290 km south-west of Windhoek in the Tsaris Mountains, this lock-up-and-go property is offered as a going concern. Its standout asset are its abundant water and an award-winning lodge, in operation for 15 years with 34 beds, an airstrip, pool and self-catering cottage. The veld carries nutritious grazing with substantial resident game (Hartmann's zebra, kudu, springbok, oryx).

Diversification opportunities abound: tourism growth around the world-renowned stromatolite and Namacalathus fossil sites and 118 recorded bird species; high-value crops such as olives, Grenache vines, citrus and hoodia; game breeding of sable, roan and black-nosed impala; trophy hunting; and a livestock enterprise with small abattoir potential.
